Working together with our customer’s input, coupled with Diemedic’s experienced in-house Engineering, Management and Tool making team, we create the tool design concepts. These concepts are solid modeled using Solid Works and Master Cam Solids. They can be integrated with our customer’s components for design verification.
Reverse Engineering from new or worn components is a common request that is accomplished by Diemedic through the use of various inspection methods. Using our extensive knowledge of tooling applications, we can offer a selection of material and /or hardness improvements to help increase tool life.
All projects are fully detailed, with drawings supplied to the customer for their approval and records.
